Yah made man in His image — crafted with intention, purpose, and design. Whether we acknowledge it or not, we are all leaders. Someone is always watching. Someone is always learning from us. Influence is not something we choose to have; it is something we carry simply by existing.
But God-fearing leadership is different. A God-fearing leader does not lead from ego. He does not force direction, control outcomes, or cling to power. Instead, he seeks closeness to Yah — allowing truth, discipline, and love to shape how he moves in the world.
This is not a path for the faint of heart.
Leadership is a craft — and it requires:
Thick skin, to stand firm when tested
Humility, to admit when you are wrong
Strength, to correct what must be corrected
And a deep love for the TRUTH
I’ve learned, through both the battlefield and the homestead, that leadership begins with a choice — the choice to step forward. To accept responsibility. To continue growing even when the path is unclear. This journey does not end; it evolves. I am still learning. I am still sharpening. I am still being molded.
This blog exists as a testament to that journey — a kind of Leadership 101, drawn from experience, observation, and revelation. It is for seasoned leaders, developing leaders, and those who are just starting to realize that they have been leading all along.
Because the truth is this:
We are all leading.
The question is how.
Someone is watching you. A child. A brother. A friend. A stranger.
They are making decisions based on what you show them.
This is not about being perfect.
It is not even about being right.
It is about understanding the position — the calling — and growing into it.
So, welcome to L.I.F.E.
A place where men return to their natural position.
A place where leadership is not performed — it is lived.
I look forward to this walk.
May truth lead us.
May discipline shape us.
May Yah sustain us.
